Charge Dispute

See a credit card charge for Doylestown Pickleball that you don't recognize?

Don't report Doylestown Pickleball to your card issuer just yet!
Before you report a disputed charge to your credit card issuer, please let us know about it first; we can almost certainly help you identify what the charge is for.

Please use this form to provide us with the details that you have and why you suspect that the charge is incorrect. We will do our best to help you.

Please note that the date of a charge may not be the same as the date that you played.
Your account is charged when you register for an event or rent a court. Depending upon the date of registration, it could be several days before you actually play. Therefore, it is likely that the date of the charge and the date of play will not be the same. Please consider this when trying to reconcile your date of play and the corresponding date of charge.

If you choose to submit the form, note that your name and email address must be the same as those used for your existing CourtReserve account.
