The membership cancellation request form is intended for use by existing members only.

The name, email address and player number, that you provide on the form, must be the same as those used for your existing CourtReserve account.

By submitting the membership cancellation request, you acknowledge that you are the person for whom the membership cancellation request is being submitted.

 

You understand that by submitting the membership cancellation request form, you are authorizing Doylestown Pickleball to irrevocably cancel your current Doylestown Pickleball membership.

Membership Cancellation and Refunds.

The amount of a membership refund shall not exceed the prorated value of any whole unused months remaining on the membership at the time that your membership cancellation request is processed by us. Refunds shall be further subject to the deduction of all financial member benefits received by the member during the active portion of the membership for which cancellation is being requested. This may include, but is not limited to, discounts for group play events, court rentals, instructional classes, leagues and tournaments. The prorated value of the membership shall be based upon the fee originally paid for the membership for which cancellation is being requested.

If any membership refund is due after membership cancellation, Doylestown Pickleball shall attempt to process such a refund to one, or more, of the account holder's credit cards on file. If this method is unavailable, or otherwise unsuccessful, Doylestown Pickleball shall make every effort to process the amount due by other means acceptable to both parties.

If you cancel your membership, you may optionally choose to delete your account in its entirety.
