MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSION

Terms and conditions of membership suspension.

 

Please read this information carefully; by requesting membership suspension, you are asserting that you have a medical condition that prevents you from playing pickleball.

Do not request membership suspension if you do not understand or agree with the information below.

The membership suspension request form is intended for use by existing annual members only. Monthly and outdoor memberships are not eligible for suspension.

The name, email address and player number, that you provide on the form must be the same as those used for your existing CourtReserve account. 

By submitting the membership suspension request, you acknowledge that you are the person for whom the membership suspension request is being submitted and that the information given on the form is true and correct to the best of your knowledge.

 

You understand that by submitting the membership suspension request form, you are requesting Doylestown Pickleball to suspend the membership of the named member for the reason(s) stated in the request. If the membership suspension request is granted, you understand that your account will be suspended from the date that your request is processed by Doylestown Pickleball.

Membership Reactivation.

In order to reactivate a suspended account (membership), we require 24 hours' written notice from the account holder.
